One of the biggest issues BGH has is smartbombs and, generally speaking, lack of applicable damage over any sort of distance. This doctrine aims to solve that issue while retaining most of the DPS generated by the BGH fits.

NOTE - The raptor suffers significantly due to its role bonuses when using small railguns. While it's there simply to allow caldari only pilots I highly recommend you use the crusader or the claw.
